Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the mobile applications, web services, official websites—including ainative.id and maclee.cc—and related services provided by AI Native, operated by MacLee ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. Ad privacy consent and permission under Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) are separate choices; agreeing to these Terms does not provide either one.

1. Scope of services

We may operate LePhoto, You2, LeFlow, LeTwin, our official websites, and future apps, websites, tools, or features offered under the AI Native or MacLee name. Unless separate terms apply, these Terms also apply to new services.

2. Service notices and user responsibility

You2 is a browser for exploring media. Favorites and playlists are stored on your device. If you enable optional temporary caching, selected media may be stored temporarily on your device. Interstitial ads may appear during certain menu transitions, and a one-time ad-removal purchase is available through the Apple App Store. Free users may still see a short wait on some menu transitions when no ad is shown. You are responsible for content you access, download, cache, or interact with. You must comply with copyright laws, third-party platform terms, and applicable regulations.

LePhoto photo checks and cryptographic verification are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee absolute or error-free results.

Outputs and automations from AI services, including LeFlow and LeTwin, are provided for information and productivity. You are responsible for reviewing and validating them.

3. Infrastructure and international processing

Our infrastructure and service data may be processed or routed through data centers in South Korea, Singapore, Indonesia, and other locations. Processing locations may change for network performance and service operations. We may migrate or reallocate infrastructure while maintaining reasonable security safeguards.

4. Intellectual property and user content

Rights in our software, algorithms, trademarks, domains, and UI designs belong to us or the relevant rights holders.

You retain rights in the original content, photos, knowledge inputs, and data you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and transmit that content only as needed to provide the Services.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from use of or inability to use the Services.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes related to these Terms will be submitted to the competent courts in South Korea.

7. Ads and optional rewards

Watching a rewarded ad in LePhoto is optional. Additional free verifications are granted only if an ad is available, you finish watching it, and our server confirms the reward. Ad-request eligibility, inventory, completion, and server verification affect availability; we do not guarantee an ad or reward will always be available or granted.

You2 does not offer rewarded-ad verification. It may show an interstitial during certain menu transitions. A one-time in-app purchase can remove You2 ads. Ads are not always available.

Ad privacy consent and permission under iOS ATT are separate choices. Agreeing to these Terms is not consent or permission for either.
