AI NATIVELEGAL
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AI Native, operated by MacLee ("we", "us", or "our"), handles personal information and data across LePhoto, You2, LeFlow, LeTwin, and websites including ainative.id and maclee.cc.
1. Service types and identification
LePhoto and You2 can be used without account registration. The information each service processes differs, and a service may not collect direct identifiers such as your name, email address, or phone number.
Account-based web services such as LeFlow and LeTwin may require authentication through email registration or social sign-in. We may process account details and user-generated content to provide account-based features.
2. Information we collect and process
LePhoto may process images submitted for verification. It may record non-reversible cryptographic hashes, Photo IDs, and the pseudonymous identifier (user_hex) needed for verification. user_hex is used for LePhoto rewarded-ad server verification and reward matching only; it does not apply to You2. LePhoto does not provide original photos or capture GPS coordinates to AdMob for advertising purposes.
In You2, favorites and playlist information are stored on your device. If you enable optional temporary caching, selected media files and thumbnails may be stored temporarily on your device. We do not remotely track or log your web browsing history in You2. See 'Advertising and your privacy choices' below for ad- and purchase-related processing.
You2's ad-removal option is a one-time, non-consumable purchase through Apple StoreKit. Apple processes the payment, and the app receives a verified purchase entitlement. Apple's privacy information applies to payment processing.
LeFlow and LeTwin may process account information, workflows, prompts, knowledge data, and service-use information that you configure or upload.
Our websites and services may process standard technical and log data, such as IP addresses, user-agent details, and system performance information, to maintain stability, operate networks, and prevent abuse.
3. Why we process information
We process information to create and manage accounts, process AI workflows and knowledge data, verify photo records, maintain infrastructure security and performance, and meet legal obligations.
4. International transfers
Account data, technical logs, or verification requests may be processed or stored in multiple countries, including South Korea, Singapore, and Indonesia, to operate the Services. We apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards as required by applicable law.
5. Retention and deletion
Account information and stored AI data may be retained while an account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You may request deletion of your account and related data by email or through available features. Except where retention is required by law, we will handle the request within a reasonable period.
6. Security
We use standard safeguards such as TLS/HTTPS in transit and reasonable security measures to protect stored credentials and sensitive databases.
7. Advertising and your privacy choices
LePhoto uses Google AdMob for optional banner and rewarded ads; You2 uses interstitial ads during certain menu transitions. Google Mobile Ads SDK, Google, and ad partners may process IP addresses, ad requests and interactions, app-use information, diagnostics, and device or advertising identifiers to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. Data and purposes may vary by platform, region, SDK configuration, and your choices. Learn more in Google's Android Google Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure, iOS Google Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure, and Privacy Policy.
Only LePhoto uses the pseudonymous device identifier (user_hex) for rewarded-ad server-side verification (SSV), to verify and match the free-verification reward from an ad view. This identifier and rewarded-verification flow do not apply to You2. LePhoto does not provide original photos or capture GPS coordinates to AdMob for advertising purposes.
Both apps refresh ad-consent information and use Google UMP (User Messaging Platform) to request ad privacy choices in regions where consent is required. The current information about the advertising partners and their data processing is available in the Google UMP consent message or advertising privacy choices screen shown in each app. In You2, you can change your choice under 'Advertising Privacy Choices' in the app menu when shown; in LePhoto, use 'Advertising privacy choices' in app settings. See Google's UMP guidance.
On iOS, cross-app tracking using the IDFA depends on your authorization under Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT). You can change that choice in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. See Apple's ATT documentation.
Declining ad-related consent does not block LePhoto photo capture or basic verification, or You2 browsing, favorites, or playlists. Your choice does not change access to those core features. However, a brief menu-transition wait may apply to You2 free users when no ad is shown, and LePhoto free verifications earned by watching ads may be unavailable depending on ad-request eligibility and inventory.
8. Your rights and contact
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, portability, or deletion of your personal information. For privacy questions or rights requests, email info@maclee.cc.
